Refunds and revisions
Our promise: revisions are free until the deliverable matches what we agreed. If the job can't be delivered as agreed, you get a full refund.
Revisions
- Reply to the delivery email and say what does not match what we agreed.
- We fix it free, with the same checks as the original job, and aim to send the revision within the same turnaround as the original.
- Revisions correct a deliverable that does not match the agreement. New or changed requirements after delivery are a new job, and we quote it first.
Full refunds
You get a full refund when we cannot deliver what was agreed: the job turns out not to be doable, or the deliverable still does not match the agreement after revisions. Please ask within 30 days of delivery by emailing chrisgrant2019+sheetsmith@gmail.com from the address you paid with.
- Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
- We confirm by email when the refund is issued.
Spreadsheet Desk
You can cancel any time from the billing portal or by email. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep the Desk for the month you already paid for. Requests delivered under the Desk follow the same revision rules as one-off jobs.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. We reply promptly and will fix the job or refund it, which is faster than a bank dispute.
