Can you handle scanned invoices and phone photos?

Yes, but accuracy depends on image quality. Clear scans usually work well; blurry or skewed photos need more checking. We look at your samples first and tell you in the quote if anything looks risky.

Do different invoice layouts matter?

Not much. Invoices from different vendors all go into one consistent column layout. Unusual layouts may take a little longer, which is reflected in the quote.

Is my data safe? Do you keep my files?

Your files are used only for your job and are deleted after delivery on request. If the documents are sensitive, send a few redacted samples for the quote and tell us what to do about the rest.
