Input: 200 orders in a plain list, totalled by hand each week.

What we did:

Turned the order list into an Excel table with a Revenue formula per row
Built a Dashboard sheet with formula-driven KPI cells: total revenue, order count, average order, top region
Added a revenue-by-region-and-month table using SUMIFS, with a bar chart and a line chart
Made everything recalculate when new rows are added, so the weekly report is one paste

Output: A workbook with a Data tab, a Dashboard tab with KPI cells and two charts, and a summary table. In the sample the KPIs are $94,701 total revenue, 200 orders and a $473.51 average order.

Yes, within the setup we agree. Typically you paste or append new rows and the pivots and charts refresh. We explain the exact steps in the how-to.

Can you build it from messy data?

Yes. We clean the data into a proper table first and mention it in the quote if that adds work.

Is my data safe? Do you keep my files?

Your files are used only for your job and are deleted after delivery on request. For sensitive data, send a copy with names or figures masked; the structure is what we need.
