Sheets and tabs: pull the tabs of one workbook together, or split a master into one file per customer or region if you need the reverse.
CSV and Excel together: mix .xlsx, .xls and .csv exports in the same job.
Matching up columns: headers that are named or ordered differently are mapped to one consistent layout.
Duplicates: removed or flagged using the rule you choose (for example same ID, or same name and date).
Reconciled: we check that the master row count matches the sum of the inputs, minus the duplicates removed, and tell you the numbers.

Can you merge files with different column names or order?

Yes. We map each file to one consistent layout and tell you in the quote how we plan to handle columns that do not match.

How do you handle duplicates?

You choose the rule, for example the same ID, or the same name and date. Duplicates can be removed or just flagged so you can review them.

Is there a limit on file size or number of files?

There is no fixed limit, but very large jobs cost more and may take longer. Tell us roughly how many files and rows in the quote form and the quote will reflect it.

Is my data safe? Do you keep my files?

Your files are used only for your job and are deleted after delivery on request. For sensitive data, send a copy with names or numbers removed; the structure is what matters.
